The ever-engaging Ross Fishman presented a dynamic program on crafting a differentiated message. Ross provided dozens of real-life examples of the same basic message "we're really good lawyers". He then went on to thoroughly outline strategies to developing a unique message and carrying it through to ad campaigns, websites, brochures, etc. He also provided stunning examples of law firms who have promoted their unique strengths and gained market position. Attendees left the presentation energized, entertained, and with a clear understanding of how to select the right message to cut through to clients.
