Bob GeroBob Gero joined Milbank in July 2005 as the firm's Director of Business Development following more than 25 years in the marketing communications industry. His experience includes 18 years as CEO and Creative Director of a Philadelphia-based advertising, public relations and marketing agency; more than 12 years as Chief Marketing Officer for several international law firms including Proskauer Rose and most recently, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. He has provided crisis management and communications, marketing, advertising and public relations counsel to a variety of national and international companies. His work as Creative Director has been honored by several industry organizations, including the American Advertising Federation and the Law Firm Marketing Association. At Milbank, Bob leads the firm's team of professionals, directing and strengthening programs focusing on strategic business development initiatives; internal and external communications; client relationship management; media relations and publicity; collateral materials development; brand management; advertising, seminar and special event programming development; database management, and the firm's website.
