Plans the 2-3 Chapter social events for the year – send and creates invites for the event. Coordinates sponsors and venues. Also will look into coordinating and creating special events to be hosted or sponsored by the Chapter. |

Contacts vendors to seek participation in sponsoring Chapter events. Will need to update our sponsorship packet in addition to creating a database of potential sponsors. |

Responsible for the chapter e-newsletter content which includes a synopsis of chapter programs and events. Maintains the Chapter web site and works with the Chapter Committees to keep web site current. |

Responsible for coordinating the annual MN LMA sponsored Conference on Legal Marketing along with other vendors / associations – the conference would be designed for attorneys and legal marketers. |

Partners with affiliate organizations to develop networking opportunities beyond our membership. Fosters strategic alliances by working with other professional associations to increase attendance at LMA events and grow our membership. Creates/distributes proposal offering LMA member rates to members of affiliate organizations and soliciting a reciprocal agreement. |
