Program Description:
Using competitive analysis to get the upper hand on business ventures is what CI is all about. Because CI is hitting the legal industry fast, legal marketers and law firm librarians need to prepare their departments' capabilities to add compelling strategic insights into the competitive landscape of their firms. The goal of CI is to develop actionable and strategic insights for your law firm decision makers. It requires the involvement of attorneys, marketers, and librarians to reach this goal. Attend this month's program to learn how to master and incorporate this initiative in your department's activities.
