What does anniversary billing mean?
Membership in LMA is billed from the date you join to the same date the following year. You will receive your renewal invoice during the month you originally joined LMA. For instance, if you joined on August 31, your membership dues would cover the 12 months until August 31 of the following year.  You will receive your renewal notice early in your renewal month.

Is my membership transferable?
Memberships are granted to individuals rather than to firms or companies. Memberships may only be transferred to another member if 1) the individual member requests such a transfer in writing and 2) the departing member leaves the industry. Membership terms are for a 12-month period.

If I am an LMA member and I change firms does my membership go with me to the chapter in the new city where I will be working?
Membership in LMA belongs to the individual member. If you change firms, your membership changes right with you. If you relocate to a new city, your membership will be transferred to the chapter in that city or closest to you. If there is no chapter in your new region, you will be considered a member-at-large. Please contact LMA at lma-hq@tcag.com if you have moved and you will be joining a new chapter.

Do my membership dues include local chapter membership?
Membership dues include local chapter membership where applicable.

Must I join the chapter in my area?
If a chapter is located in your geographic area, you will be placed in that chapter. Membership dues in LMA include local chapter membership.
