State agencies use logos as the face of their programs

State Treasurer Shane Osborn calls it branding: new symbols developed to promote the many programs run by his office. There's a logo for the Nebraska College Savings Program - a kind of whimsical smiley face, under a graduation cap. There's a new seal for the treasurer's office used to identify the agency's many programs. It features the signature sign of state government, the Capitol and other symbols, with Osborn's name at the bottom.
