The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a broad mix of marketing projects and tasks, such as planning events, assembling proposals, assisting with advertising and PR-related projects and conducting research. The Marketing Coordinator will also play a key role in maintaining various aspects of the firm's "marketing infrastructure" such as brochures, practice descriptions, deal and client lists, PowerPoint presentations and sections of the firm's website. The Marketing Coordinator will work extensively with InterAction, the firm's contact management database, and will also be expected to provide occasional support to other practice groups in the New York office and to assist with projects that require on-the-ground support in the New York area.
Specific requirements
- Bachelor's Degree. 2 to 3 years experience, ideally in a professional services marketing role. The Marketing Coordinator role calls for a classic team player with excellent writing and overall communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a very busy environment and possess the tenacity to see projects through to completion. The Marketing Coordinator must be capable of interacting successfully with professional and support staff at all levels across the firm. EOE
