Up for the challenge of leading a small team at a mid-sized Washington DC law firm in their business development and marketing initiatives? Work with senior partners to develop strategy, and plan for the growth and development of their practice areas. Evaluate collateral material, branding and strategic initiatives to produce solutions and direction for practice growth and presentations. You will call on your business development background to research and develop winning strategies and collateral with your team. Assist and coach attorneys towards growing their business with improved plans and techniques. Follow best trends and practices and research competitors and venues for promoting the firms profile.
You should have solid knowledge and experience in business development to succeed in this position and a strong general knowledge of marketing and communications. Components of the job include:

Specific requirements
- You should have solid knowledge and experience in business development for this particuliar position and a strong general knowledge of marketing and communications.
- 4 Year Related Degree is Required.
- Stable background as an employee, in a similiar law firm position, leading others/teams in business development initiatives. A track record of success in business development and marketing in professional services.
