To be based in the San Francisco office of a well-known global law firm.
Responsibilities include:
- Provides primary marketing oversight for busy San Francisco office; Work with pitch/proposal team members in local offices to help maintain library of materials for pitches, proposals and RFP responses;
- Organize and execute client seminars and receptions; Provide support at conferences and other corporate events;
- Assist with editing of marketing collateral for the office as needed, including biographies, practice, firm and office descriptions;
- Work with lawyers, Manager and Director to produce PowerPoint presentations for clients and prospects;
- Participate in maintaining representative experience lists and other collateral used firm-wide; Conduct research on clients/prospective clients and industries to develop knowledge about our clients and their industries;
- Liaise with lawyers and creative team to produce advertisements for various purposes; Work on special projects as requested by department management and lawyers which may include work for the office, region and firm.
Specific requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of experience in a marketing capacity inside a law firm or other professional services organization;
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and PowerPoint;
- Must have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a well-developed analytical mindset;
- Seeking a self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job;
- The successful candidate will work harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team;
- Confidentiality and the exercising of solid judgment is a prerequisite.
