We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated candidate for a Director of Marketing position.

This position reports to the National Marketing Executive of the firm.  The Director of Marketing and Business Development for Practice groups will help lead a high-performing Marketing department. Accountabilities encompass working with our practice group Marketing Managers to develop, lead, and drive overall marketing initiatives for our Practice Groups. The Director will help practice group Marketing Managers create and implement action plans that are aligned with group’s strategic marketing goals.  The Director will also help the marketing managers, prioritize work, interact with attorneys at the firm,  manage budgets and track ROI. Managing and providing direction to departmental staff, including the recruitment, selection and development of, to achieve firm goals and objectives fall into the scope of this crucial position.  The ideal candidate will possess 10 years marketing experience in a national professional services environment, with at least 5 years experience managing and supervising staff. Strong Marketing technical skills and a BA required.  This position can be located in any of our firm’s offices, but the candidate must have the ability to travel frequently to all office locations.
