Venable LLP, one of the top 100 law firms in the U.S., is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support marketing and business development initiatives for practice groups in its Litigation Division. Responsibilities include assisting with the creation and maintenance of marketing materials; providing assistance in research projects; coordinating events; assisting with RFPs; and assisting with developing internal and external communications for the division.
Minimum of three years related experience in a professional services environment required. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills; strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and follow-up; advanced skills with PC applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
