Chadbourne & Parke LLP has an immediate, full-time job opportunity in its Business Development and Marketing Department for a Technology Manager in its New York office. The new Technology Manager of this growth-oriented International law firm will assist in advancing the firm's goal to enhance its global sales-oriented culture.  This position will work closely with the Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer, the firm's lawyers on collateral materials, attorney biographies and website content and will report to the Director of Marketing, BDMD.

Essential duties and functions include:

The Technology Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the  maintenance of the Firm’s marketing database/CRM system, external website, the creation and distribution of firm email alerts, and various other technology-related initiatives. The responsibilities further include securing data quality, managing and overseeing outside technology vendors and supervising two internal technology coordinators. 

The ideal candidate should be able to enhance the existing firm website; develop, manage and measure technology initiatives and recommend areas for optimization and enhancement.   Successful candidate must be capable of working with Chadbourne's  IS department on maintaining and improving the firm’s experience and expertise database.  Must be a team player at all times working collaboratively with other Business Development and Marketing functions, including business development, RFP responses and presentations, media relations, conferences/events and graphic design.

Qualifications/Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required) with 4+ years of relevant experience, law firm experience is a significant plus. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current web technology, CRM databases, email marketing systems and web-based research tools.
  • A solid command of website content management systems and HTML, Word, Photoshop, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent writing, editing and communications skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight time constraints.
  • Ability to prioritize and supervise multiple assignments.
