MARKETING MANAGER

The Marketing department has over 40 talented and charismatic people located in Washington DC who enjoy great camaraderie, collaboration and opportunities for learning and growing their skill. Their Chief Marketing Officer is recognized as one of the brightest and most capable.  

Currently there is an opportunity for a Marketing Manager who will manage and direct staff, and lead initiatives, for a specific practice group.

Selected responsibilities include working with your team and your direct reports to:

• Develop and implement marketing goals, initiatives and strategies.
• Assist in creating and implementing strategic plans.
Create and edit responses to RFPs, customized pitches and business development presentations.
• Produce and manage seminars, receptions, trade show booths, and other marketing-oriented events and activities.
• Create and update web and print marketing collateral, including brochures, practice group descriptions, deal lists, and biographies.
• Conduct research on existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry or market trends to aid in the development of marketing plans, pitches, presentations and proposals.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and assist attorneys in developing personal business development plans.
• Lead initiatives and direct staff to meet strategic plan and schedules.
