This opportunity is ideally suited for those that have experienced the challenges of successfully managing a marketing team with an established law practice.  We require candidates to be experienced in the following:

• Senior level law firm marketing experience in a mid to large sized law firm
• Experience in marketing disciplines including advertising, public relations, market research, direct marketing, public speaking, training, community relations, internal communications, presentations and proposals
• Experience in the selection, negotiation and management of external resources and vendor services
• Experience in data management, reporting and the use of technology in application and implementation of marketing programs
• Experience in developing and managing a budget
• Experience in motivating and supervising staff
• Experience in advising boards and management teams

Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in oral and written communication skills, management and organizational skills.   We require proficiency in computer skills especially in presentation and proposal creation with a working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, InterAction, Print Pilot, Quark Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and other graphics programs.
