International law firm with more than one thousand lawyers in offices worldwide, seeks an experienced Technology Manager.
The Marketing Technology Manager will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will play a critical role in the development and advancement of the firm’s marketing strategy as it relates to the overall management of the marketing and business development data systems and e-marketing initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- As related to CRM and other marketing-driven tools;
- Responsible for the development and execution of a strategic plan for further implementation and integration;
- Responsible for management and maintenance.
- Responsible for overseeing firm-wide training;
- Providing expertise for the creation and implementation of external and internal marketing communications materials;
- Designing, supporting and implementing new or upgraded client-facing products or services in conjunction with other departments;
- Direct supervision of three Marketing Technology staff.
Specific requirements
- Project and team management experience.
- Effective interpersonal and teamworking skills.
- Excellent technological and database management skills. Computer proficiency with experience and working knowledge of Interaction and Microsoft Office suite (Word and excel).
- Education, Certifications and/or Experience:
- Bachelors degree with experience in a professional services organization as well as direct experience in database management and marketing technologies. Experience with contact management and CRM systems required, experience with Interaction 5.1 or 5.5 is preferred.
