Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck seeks a marketing assistant to work with the California Director of Marketing in providing marketing support for the firm's California offices as well as the Natural Resources practice group.

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant in our Santa Barbara office. Working under the direction of the California Director of Marketing, this position includes a variety of responsibilities and opportunities.

 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: drafting documents pertaining to attorney and practice groups, publications, and the website; assembling brochures and print materials; coordination of speaking engagements, special events, and other marketing efforts; administrative assistance with internal and external marketing materials, mailings, directory listings, PowerPoint presentations, database management, and general assistance to the Director.

 

Specific requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in marketing and/or communications, in addition to two years minimum experience within a professional services marketing role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required; along with strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking abilities. A strong aptitude in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and database management is required.
