Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant in our Santa Barbara office. Working under the direction of the California Director of Marketing, this position includes a variety of responsibilities and opportunities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: drafting documents pertaining to attorney and practice groups, publications, and the website; assembling brochures and print materials; coordination of speaking engagements, special events, and other marketing efforts; administrative assistance with internal and external marketing materials, mailings, directory listings, PowerPoint presentations, database management, and general assistance to the Director.
Specific requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in marketing and/or communications, in addition to two years minimum experience within a professional services marketing role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required; along with strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking abilities. A strong aptitude in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and database management is required.
