Director of Client Relations

Washington, DC based International law firm is looking for a Director of Client Relations to manage market research and programs focused on developing key client relationships.

Selected Responsibilities:

Continue the  development of Relationship Management programs for managing, strengthening, and expanding relationships with key clients.  Major Deliverables include:

Set up and run regular meetings between relationship managers and clients

Ensure key clients receive regular, timely, and appropriate information about firm and attorney capabilities

Develop program for analyzing industry, client and legal data and matching it to client needs and firm capabilities

Develop and manage a program for effectively soliciting regular feedback from key clients.

Effectively coordinate with Client Development director and marketing managers to ensure a coordinated approach to key clients.

Develop and implement “Best practices” for client relationship management and development.

Manage and direct research efforts to support client development initiatives.

Initiate and lead efforts to utilize client information, market trends, and industry changes to enhance client development efforts.

Lead Marketing response development to requirements from firm leadership for information/reports on industry trends, competitors, and clients.
