- How do I post a job?

- How do I receive a receipt for my LMA Job Bank posting?
As soon as your LMA Job Bank payment has been received, your administrative contact noted on your job form will receive an email confirmation and receipt of posting. In addition, they will receive a job edit/repost link should you need to make any changes or extend your job posting at the time of expiration (30 days). If you do not receive either email, please contact email@example.com and we will gladly send your receipt over to you.
- How quickly does the job get posted after payment?
As soon as your check payment has been received or credit card payment has been accepted, your posting will be live on our website immediately. Please note, when paying by check your job posting can be delayed depending on your accounting department.
- What is a blind Job Bank posting?
A blind Job Bank posting means that the posting is anonymous to potential applicants. No company information will be displayed in a blind Job Bank posting, but submitted applications will be directed to “Apply To Email Address” noted on the blind Job Post listing.
Blind/anonymous postings handled by LMA staff are available for an additional $50 fee.
- How do I list a job on a region site?
There are several regions and local groups that do have job boards, blogs or pages for which you can request to place a job listing. Rules and fees for posting on those sites are determined by the region or local group.

- I posted a position in the Job Bank and it is not listed – Why?
Your job posting will not appear on our site until it has been paid for. Please note, check payments can be delayed depending on your accounting department. For an immediate listing, please pay by credit card. If your listing has been paid for and is still not listed on our site, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- How do I edit my job listing?
You may edit a current job listing online; however, you will need to know your job code to edit or repost a job. If you do not know your job code, contact the Legal Marketing Association at email@example.com or (312) 321-6898.
Once you have the job number, navigation to the Job Form page on the LMA site, and choose “Repost of Edit Job” in the dark gray navigation bar. Enter your job ID into the available field and click “Submit.” From there, you will be able edit the open job listing.
- How do I cancel/remove my Job Bank post?
To edit/remove your post or for further information, contact the Legal Marketing Association at firstname.lastname@example.org or (312) 321-6898.
Please note that LMA will only refund up to two job posts accidentally made by members at the nonmember rate. To ensure you are charged the correct amount, please log in before starting the job-posting process.
