As a vital part of the business community, the legal industry is just as susceptible to succumbing to the Chicken Little that exists in all of us. And, while some have suggested that the legal industry is recessionproof, that sentiment fails to take into account that there is no singular legal industry, but rather a variety of legal areas, each with specific nuances that are affected in different ways by economic changes.
