Bingham Names Its First Manager of 'Diversity and Inclusion'

Bingham McCutchen tapped human resources professional Minita Shah as its first manager of diversity and inclusion.
Shah, who works in Bingham's Boston office, will manage the firm's diversity efforts firmwide. She will work with the firm's diversity committee, as well as lawyers and staff in each office, to implement the firm's diversity action plan and create related programs.
