Engaging clients in a meaningful interaction has become more complicated as the amount of communications targeted at your audience increases. Companies like Accenture and American Express face a similar challenge and have responded by deploying coordinated, targeted and highly interactive marketing campaigns in order to create consistent and valuable interactions with their audiences.
Law firm marketers are starting to explore similar strategies in order to improve the results of their marketing programs. This presentation will explore the technologies that marketers are using to engage their audience online. In-industry and out of industry examples will be examined as well as technologies like: pod casts, blogs, new media, video, Web sites and e-mail marketing.
About the Speaker:
Renae Zappa, Account Executive – Business Development Solutions, Southeast Region, Hubbard One
In her role handling Business Development Solutions for Hubbard One, Renae is responsible for managing the client relationship and communicating new technologies and processes to her midsize to large law firm clients in the Southeast United States. With her over twelve years of professional sales and consulting experience, including six years in the legal publishing industry and over six years in software technology sales, Renae works with her clients to understand their business strategies and marketing and client/business development technology needs. In addition to her extensive sales background, Renae also practiced law in Dallas, Texas for two years. She received a BBA degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from Baylor University Law School.
