Your law firm's lawyers and employees are being bombarded with information every day, yet one of their more common complaints is, "No one communicates with me about what is going on at our firm."  Sound familiar?  If so, this webinar will help address that issue by approaching Internal Communications from strategic viewpoint.  From basic memos to intranets to sophisticated internal communications programs, you'll learn how to:

1.  Align internal communications with management strategy.
2.  Define the message, the audience and the channels.
3.  Execute.
4.  Reinforce the communication through action, reiteration and follow-up.
5.  Refine the messages and the channels through data collection and feedback.

In many ways, how you talk to your firm's lawyers and employees -- and what you say -- can be more important than your communications with clients.  In the end, you want internal communications to provide key support to your firm's overall marketing strategy and to help you serve your clients most effectively.
