About the Speakers:
Law firms have relied on Silvia Coulter’s business development and key client management advice for more than twenty years. She is passionate about helping firms with driving client retention and growth and new revenue generation. Current projects include: facilitation of key firm initiatives; business development coaching and training; strategic account planning and management for key client teams. Coulter is a certified facilitator, a Six Sigma Green Belt and a former president of the Legal Marketing Association.
Stephanie Solakian Goldstein is the chief marketing officer of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. She joined the firm in 2001. Goldstein is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the firm’s marketing initiatives including public relations, publications, website, advertising, seminars and other marketing programs.
Prior to joining the firm, Goldstein was an account supervisor at Miller Consulting Group, a high-tech public relations agency. She gained extensive experience in public relations and crisis communications planning at the Boston-based advertising agency Arnold Worldwide, where she served as director of public relations.
Goldstein has represented clients in the financial services, consumer and high-tech industries in the creation of media relations and crisis communications planning.
Goldstein graduated cum laude from Tufts University with a B.A. in Art History. She also holds a M.S. degree in Journalism from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. Goldstein is the author of the book Beyond the Brief: Communication Strategies for Lawyers and Legal Marketers, published by Thomson West LegalWorks.
