Thank Goodness It's Marketing
LMA Webinar Series - September 2007
Following the Asia-Pacific Professional Services Marketing Association conference (APSMA), Lynette Nixon and Sue-Ella Prodonovich will share the ideas that came out of sessions on how marketing can be prepared for and influence conversations about potential change.
Specifically changes that will be discussed relate to:
- the increasing power of clients;
- technologies that change the customer-supplier relationships;
- the rise of the public sector;
- the increasing scrutiny of external stakeholders and the community over business practices and
- what happens when the Private Equity bubble bursts.
