Membership

The Legal Marketing Association is the universal voice of the profession, a forum that brings together CMOs and entry-level specialists from firms of all sizes, consultants and vendors, lawyers, marketers from other professions, and marketing students to share their collective knowledge. Members at every stage in their career development benefit from their LMA participation because our broad array of programs and services can be tailored to their needs.

Joining the LMA Chicago Chapter

You must be a member of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) in order to be eligible to join the Chicago Chapter.

Dues for membership in the Chicago chapter are $100 per year, per person.

Transferring Your Membership

Leaving the industry: Membership with the LMA is held by the individual. However, if you leave the legal industry, you may transfer your membership to another individual within your organization. You must initiate the transfer (not your firm) and there will be a $75 administrative processing fee.

Leaving your firm: If you move, you can transfer your membership from one chapter to another by contacting National. However, your chapter membership dues are not prorated and will not be transferred.
