This program is designed to give participants a step-by-step approach for implementing client satisfaction surveys — regardless of their level of expertise. It is educational, motivational and will provide practical techniques for managing the survey process, collecting qualitative feedback and, most importantly, strategies for responding to negative and positive survey feedback to strengthen client loyalty and stimulate referrals.

Presenter's Bio:
Jeffrey Miiller is a senior associate of Kohn Communications, a marketing and management consulting firm. Mr. Miiller coaches legal marketing professionals, administrators and lawyers to help them improve their business development skills. He teaches marketing and communication workshops and conducts client satisfaction surveys for law firms across the country. He has taught at UCLA Extension, provides continuing legal education courses on client relations, and has spoken at several chapters of LMA and the Association of Legal Administrators. Additionally, Mr. Miiller has co-authored articles in publications such as Lawyers Weekly, the L.A. Business Journal and Strategies. Mr. Miiller was on the Executive Committee of the Law Practice Management Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is a current member of LMA.
