Megan Wilroy is the Marketing Project Manager at Foley & Lardner LLP. At Foley, Megan manages the Life Science and Nanotechnology Industry teams and the IP practice groups including client development and retention, sponsorships, seminars, RFPs and numerous other projects within the groups. Prior to Foley, Megan served as the top marketing professional at the 70-attorney Chicago-based IP law firm, Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP. While there, she developed and implemented firm wide individual marketing plans; drove and managed the firm wide coaching and marketing education program; initiated and lead a client loyalty initiative; as well as redeveloped the firm's Web site. |

Jennifer Morrison is the Marketing Manager at Ungaretti & Harris LLP. She has more than 12 years of experience in the marketing field. With nine of those years spent at Ungaretti & Harris, she has seen the firm through numerous phases of its marketing program. She manages the day-to-day workflow of Ungaretti's four-person marketing department and leads its PR function in addition to numerous other initiatives. She first joined LMA Chicago in 1996. Outside of the law firm environment she volunteers her time with Catholic Charities in Chicago. After serving as the Social Chair and a member of the Executive Committee of the Junior Board, she became a member of its Board of Advisors in 2006. |

Megan M. McKeon, a licensed attorney, is the Marketing Director at IP law firm McDonnell, Boehnen, Hulbert & Berghoff, based in Chicago. She has been a member of the Chicago chapter since 2002. As a 2006 LMA Chicago Board Member-at-Large, Megan co-created and co-chaired the chapter's Young Members Group and planned several events for this group. She also chaired the 2007, 2008 and 2009 LMA Chicago Your Honor Awards and the 2007 Midwest Conference and will serve as co-chair of the upcoming 2009 Midwest Conference. She is active at the international level on the LMA Member Services Committee. She is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School (J.D., 2005) and Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame (B.B.A., Marketing and Finance, 2001). She currently attends DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business (M.B.A., expected 2011). |

Dallas is a long-time member of LMA Chicago and is an Account Manager with Goes Incentives & Awards, a promotional merchandise distributor. He has many years experience in sales, purchasing and material management in various industries. During 2007, Dallas chaired the LMA Chicago Chapter Membership Committee and is the liaison to the Membership Committee for 2008. He is also a member of the USA TODAY's Small Business Entrepreneurs Panel. Dallas also serves as Treasurer and Assistant Director of Training for a dog obedience training organization. |

Tom Ciesielka, President of TC Public Relations, has worked as a publicist for more than twenty years. Located on Michigan Avenue in downtown Chicago, TC Public Relations serves law firms across the country and has handled publicity for litigation cases, medical malpractice cases, government disputes, and civil rights and free speech cases. Ciesielka has spoken at various events and conferences for Columbia College, Writers’ Conference of New York, Christian Legal Society and The Society of Midland Authors. His speaking topics include crisis management for law firms and businesses, how to promote law practices and high profile cases and using traditional and social media (such as blogs) effectively. Ciesielka graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in communications in 1984 and moved to Chicago shortly thereafter.

Beth Massing is the Marketing Manager at Freeborn & Peters LLP where she manages all marketing efforts of the Litigation Practice Group and the Women's Leadership Council. This is Beth's first year on the Board of Directors as a Member-at-Large; she is a member of the 2009 Midwest Conference Committee and has been a member of the Pro Bono Committee for the past two years. Beth graduated with honors from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing. Prior to Freeborn & Peters, she was a Business Development Manager at the mid-sized IP boutique Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione. |

Gary Young is Marketing Director at Freeborn & Peters LLP, and serves as Creative Director on LMA Chicago's In The Loop newsletter. Prior to joining F&P, Gary was President of X-15 Creative Marketing, an independent marketing and creative services agency offering marketing strategy, concept development, creative execution and consulting services. Before founding X-15 in 2002, Gary served as Vice President, Director of Business Development at Leo Burnett in Chicago, and as Vice President/Creative at global ad agency Foote, Cone and Belding. Gary is a nationally recognized watercolor painter and serves on the Advisory Board of the American Academy of Art. He serves on the Design Review Commission of the Village of LaGrange, and is Vice President and Board Member of Chicago's historic Tavern Club. |

Sydney Iglitzen, Public Relations Manager at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, has been a member of LMA Chicago since 1997 and has been on the chapter's Board of Directors for several years. She has served as Program Chair for more than four years, implementing monthly and special programming for the chapter. In addition, she has personally organized and brought programming to the legal marketing city groups in Indianapolis, Milwaukee and SE Michigan (Detroit/Grand Rapids). She has served as the Chair for the chapter's Public Relations and Membership Committees. Prior to working at Brinks, she was the Marketing Director of a mid-sized Chicago corporate law firm and spent several years in the public sector as Assistant Press Secretary to two Chicago Mayors and two Illinois Attorneys General. Sydney also spent some time at the global PR firm, Burson-Marsteller. |
