Participants will look at paradoxes, contradictions and solutions in bridging the multi-generational divides in the workplace from multiple perspectives. Our panel is comprised of four specialists in recruitment, marketing, human resources and coaching, and includes a pair of mother/daughter recruiters!

Participants will learn workable approaches to generation gap issues, and how to engage the attention, creativity and productivity of both younger and older generations.

Topics include:

    • Tips on communicating effectively with multi-generational work teams;
    • Helping the generations appreciate and respect each other;
    • Achieving more effective teamwork among members of younger and older generations;
    • Attracting and retaining Gen X and Gen Y attorneys; and
    • Fostering client development by the youngest group of rainmakers.
