Bootstrapping: Successful Marketing When There Is Not Enough Time, Financial Resources or Personnel
Marketing departments of all sizes are faced with the challenge of managing limited resources. There are either not enough staff, money or hours in the day to accomplish our objectives. Even so, creative and dedicated marketing professionals get the job done. In this month's LMA program, marketing professionals from Jones Day, Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan, Hyman Phelps & McNamara (and others) will present case studies on how they have successfully completed projects and reached their goals in resource-deficient situations. The event will provide attendees with practical tips/solutions to help them address similar situations at their own firms.
