Moderated by Susan Hackett, General Counsel and Senior Vice President for the Association of Corporate Counsel, this session offers Managing Partners and firm marketers a unique opportunity to come together with the initiative’s leadership to discuss how law firms and corporate clients can drive change in their relationship to provide more focus on value and satisfaction and minimize time spent on RFPs, managing the bill for hours already incurred that no one’s happy about, and less than satisfactory relationship building exercises. Susan also will announce the key findings from the four recently held regional Value Challenge sessions with top corporate and law firm leaders.

At this session, Susan will lead a dialogue between law firm marketers and Managing Partners to discuss how they would design a client entity that works better to move firms toward “value-driven” services, and then how to fulfill that prophecy by establishing practices that clients will flock to.  An excellent opportunity to re-direct the business model in firms toward greater client service and satisfaction.
