Brochures Lead to Increased Visibility

To sharpen the firm’s visibility in the marketplace through a brand reintroduction, Foley Hoag LLP opted to create a selection of tri-fold brochures that highlight significant areas of practice – Life Sciences, IP, Energy Technology & Renewables, Corporate Social Responsibility. The 8.5x11-in. pieces each offer an overview of the practice, a graphic illustration, and a photograph of a representative client industry – e.g., wind and solar panels for Energy Technology. Some adapt languages other than English to support key international client development efforts, and all are in a digital print format that allows for short runs and easy updating.

Also in the brand reintroduction program, the firm redesigned the covers for its thought leadership “eBooks” that cover a range of topics from “Doing Business in Massachusetts” to “Patenting – A Guidebook for Those Involved in Legally Protecting Products and Technology.” These handsome templates, which carry the brand palette of green/blue/magenta and orange, also employ photography to communicate the subject matter. The covers were produced in a combination of print-ondemand and electronic formats.

Thumbs up, said the Your Honor judges, who awarded the firm first place in the Brochure category.  "Clean, and strong design” underscores the firm’s commitment to client success and legal understanding also reflected in the tagline, “Driving Business Advantage.”
