Boxed Sets of Step it Up! Cards Enhance Business Development
Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold’s goal to convince all attorneys to “step up” their business development activity resulted in a novel idea of giving a set of Step it Up! Cards to each attorney in the firm. Every card offers suggestions on how to develop new business and serves as a reminder that business development is in everyone’s interest. The cards were designed to be easy-to-read, function as a checklist for any business development activity, and provide guidance for effective follow-up steps. The more junior attorneys are especially excited by them and have expressed their appreciation for the messages of support and guidance.
