Year One Associate Program Focuses on Training
Similar to a residency program in medical school, the Year One program takes time to teach important legal issues through on-the-job-training, hands-on work assignments and direct observation depositions, trials, hearings and strategy sessions. The goal is to close the gap between what law schools teach and what clients demand.
