Foundation Shows Ongoing Charity
Tracking its activity with a newsletter “The Firm Foundation,” the SimmonsCooper charitable-giving entity ramped up its generosity last year with a Food Drive, Golf Tournament and Auction and Dinner. Proceeds from each event were earmarked for various charities: local food pantries, the Make-a-Wish Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club and Bubblemasters Underwater Recovery Team. Firm employees also participated in runathons, walkathons and other volunteer drives to benefit local non-profit causes throughout the year.
