10 Steps to Developing a Crisis Communications Plan

Crises will occur when least expected and usually unfold rapidly, leaving little time for planning. Developing a crisis communications plan in advance will guide media responses; help calm upset employees, clients and officials; and minimize damage to the firm’s reputation.

This session will provide a punch list for developing a crisis communications plan for your firm.
