2012 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

LMA Midwest is pleased to announce several sponsorship opportunities for 2012.  With a wide variety of sponsorship levels and several cities to choose from, LMA Midwest can offer your organization great exposure and access to our 300+ members throughout the Midwest.

Series Sponsor (1 available)   $10,000
  • Sponsor to create a series of three (3) programs to be branded "[Sponsor Name] Series on [Topic, i.e. Client Development, Communications, etc.]"
  • Each program in the series may feature a client case study and/or an interactive "lunch and learn" format facilitated by sponsor.  Programs may be held in the city of choice (Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Milwaukee or St. Louis)
  • Three (3) passes to attend each sponsored luncheon and summer social.  Passes are transferable to clients, prospects and media.
  • Two (2) e-mail blasts to chapter’s database.  E-mail will contain sponsor’s message of choice (new product or service)
  • Listed as one of the sponsors of the Midwest Chapter’s Annual Summer Social
  • Full page ad in all 2012 In the Loop newsletters
  • Series listing on chapter Web site for the 2012 calendar year
  • Platinum listing on all 2012 chapter program notices

  • Five-minute promotion at one (1) Chicago monthly program & choice of one (1) Detroit, Indianapolis, Milwaukee or St. Louis monthly program
  • Attendee e-mail list for one (1) e-mail blast for each of the eight (8) Chicago monthly programs
  • Two (2) passes to all eight (8) Chicago monthly programs; two (2) passes to choice of one Detroit, Indianapolis, Milwaukee or St. Louis monthly program and two (2) passes to all member socials

Display Advertising in LMA Midwest Chapter Newsletter — In the Loop    

All ads should be four-color .pdf or .jpg format. In the Loop is distributed to all LMA Midwest members via e-mail and at monthly meetings, as well as posted to the LMA Midwest Web site, www.legalmarketing.org/midwest.

Prices listed are per issue:

  • Full Color, 1/4 page — $100

Your Honor Awards — Name Badges   $1,000
Name badges provide visibility not only to attendees at the 2012 LMA Midwest Your Honor Awards, but also in post-event photos used in In the Loop. Photos also accompany all press releases sent to media.
