The dizzying pace of change in today?s legal marketplace leaves us with three options: stay the same and risk falling behind; try to keep up with successful innovators; or take calculated risks by becoming a frontrunner.
While it?s preaching to the choir to tell you that law firms need to innovate, the real challenge is getting lawyers to see things the way you do. In this session, David Freeman will present several lawyer-tested brainstorming techniques that have succeeded in helping lawyers find new ways to approach their practices.
Attendees will:
- Learn various techniques for generating new ideas;
- Discuss ways to gain agreement on which ideas should be pursued;
- Discuss methods for gaining commitment from lawyers to act on the new ideas.
Join us on February 18, 2010, as David Freeman will impart the tools and techniques legal marketers can implement to boost creativity and put innovative ideas to use.
